yes it does...but it depends on what the person says and more importantly HOW they say it, as to whether that person wants to be an outcast, by peers, or not.

And actually some people are so sick, they enjoy being the downtrodden upon. Some are so sick they even talk to themselves under different aka's ... yep ... they do ... Some love to give themselves pats on the back, they love to congratulate themselves and unknowing you would think they are normal. HAH!
