Ron, if you or anyone else out there in cyberspace is following NXLK, here is a positive news release. Questar was one of the early investors in NXTL also.

Questar InfoComm Takes Stock in NEXTLINK Communications

SALT LAKE CITY, June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Questar InfoComm Inc., a subsidiary of Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR - news), has converted its interest in the Utah affiliate of NEXTLINK Communications Inc. into 189,000 shares of the parent company's common stock with an approximate $5.3 million current market value.

Headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., NEXTLINK (Nasdaq: NXLK - news) is a competitive local exchange carrier that provides switched local and long-distance telephone services in 26 markets in eight states.

Questar InfoComm constructed fiber-optic telephone systems in the metropolitan Salt Lake City area and leases them to the Utah NEXTLINK affiliate. Under a separate agreement, Questar InfoComm provided additional services in exchange for a 10% participation interest in the affiliate.

Questar InfoComm continues to lease the fiber-optic systems and provide engineering and technical support to NEXTLINK. In addition, the Utah affiliate's primary switches and other critical equipment are housed in Questar's earthquake- and disaster-resistant Business Continuity Center in Salt Lake City. The center is the only facility in the region specifically designed to protect critical business and telecommunication functions in the event of a major disaster. The center is augmented by Questar's high-level communication systems, including a regional microwave network.
