Hi Soxan, Yes you got me on "first launch", as I know very well that it was in "Nov." of 1988 when they put "Loft-1" in a small sub-orbit. My phrase stands corrected as "first launch of full orbital flight". My thoughts of "first launch" were meant "after Start" is behind us all. It would be nice if EPEA " gets the needed permits for a "10th anniversary launch!". EPEA Beliver*Richard
