I strongly disagree. All SI basically asks is that everyone be somewhat civil and not overtly harassing. Even true constitutionally protected speech can generally be reasonably limited as to time, place and manner....Here, there are no "time" limits, very few, if any, real "place" limits, and extremely reasonable "manner" limits. SI's (current) ultimate goal is to make a buck -- no limits would defeat that purpose.

Sounds pretty free to me.
