Here is one I do not like.
From the microsoft investor research analysts' report:
Top alerts for Forensic Technologies International Corporation
From 6/19/98 to 6/22/98: The three-month relative price strength rating for FTIC was at least 20 percentage points below its 12-month relative strength.

On 6/18/98: It was reported that the current quarter mean earnings estimate for FTIC decreased. Learn More.

Research alerts for Forensic Technologies International Corporation
On 6/22/98: It was reported that the spread between the high and low earnings estimate for FTIC for the next year has increased by 20% or more. Such an increase is generally considered to signal increasing uncertainty about the stock's prospects.

On 6/22/98:
It was reported that institutional holdings of FTIC have decreased by 5% or more. This data is generally updated in Investor monthly. Such a decrease is generally considered bearish for a stock because it tends to mean greater price volatility and loss of stature.

Maybe 13 is not all that far fetched. Mighty hard to keep ahandle on this one. I wish they had more to say about themselves.
IMOH the reduced expectations for this quarter could well mean that the next quarter will be gang busters and the reduction this quarter is merely due to billing timing and uneven load cycle. I remain long but ready to jump on bigger or off completely.
