Canada National newspaper reports Jack Banks to sell 1.83 Mil shares of warp, all three jack interets take hits on the markets.

1.83 mil shares to be sold "in one or more blocks" and "sale price to be at discount to market".

Paper states warp 13.4 mil$ on revenue of 4Mil from fiscal 1995 to 1997.
