Durro, I think the judge's order is good news. Remember, she did not have to wait for response to make decision. Two things, first she did not think it was such an easy decision that she did not need a response from the defendants. Second, she has ruled that GIFT can file a reply. This means that GIFT will have the last word, which is always an advantage. My hope is that she'll not hold the prior filing against GIFT. I think it's a reasonable hope given that she asked for the response brief, and that the notice of change attorney stated there were irreconcilable differences between GIFT and the prior attorney. I believe it is still a long shot for her to reverse herself, but not quite as long of a shot as it had been prior to this ruling. GRC (FTR recently long)
