(BSNS WIRE) NUTEK's New President-CEO Accelerates Marketing Program NUTEK's New President-CEO Accelerates Marketing Program Business Editors LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998--George Sassone, who became president-chief executive officer of NUTEK INC. (OTC BB:NUTK), only two months ago, has already initiated an aggressive marketing program for the company's International Marketing Group, with three new consumer products to be introduced over the next three months. Each will first be offered for 90 days through widely telecast infomercials produced and distributed by American Media Inc. NUTEK will then continue marketing the product through regular retail channels. This is a procedure Sassone has used successfully in his previous experience. "We are currently negotiating for the North American marketing rights to several other promising consumer products which will be added to this continuous program," Sassone said. NUTEK will manufacture itself or sub-contract the production of all items chosen for this program. He added that each must have an indicated market of several hundred thousand units or more to be included. The company's new management is also expanding activity in its other division, VAC-U-LIFT INC., a Texas-based drilling and secondary oil recovery operation which soon will be able to yield revenue at the rate of $5 million per year.
