John,

You probably know AT&T has a stake in DirectTV and options for much more. Also, GM has already registered with the SEC to sell GMH and it is no longer a question of if they with sell, it's when they will sell. My best estimation is that they will break the company into three pieces, Delco, DirectTV and the rest (satellites, military, etc.) Of course GM will keep the Delco portion, AT&T is a good bet to acquire DirectTV and Raytheon is considered the buyer of the Military and Satellite side, but that's pretty much rumor.

The only part that's not rumor is, that GM will sell.

PS: I work for GMH and hold 2000+ shares in the 401K, I hope it goes to a $100+ on a buyout!
