Joan, I think everything is going great except for the stock price. Of course, they had to raise equity, which has wacked the price down big time. However, since the cash was needed to complete phase III testing of their very promising drug for treating diarrhea in Aids patients, it is hard to complain. I look on this one as a call option at these prices. This thing could soar, and if the first product doesn't cut it, there isn't much further for it to drop. As with all politically correct stuff, I believe in hiring the best person for the job. The fact that they hire the best woman for jobs bothers me a bit. On the other hand, there are lots of talented women who have not moved up in other cos. because of sexism, so they should have an excellent talent pool to search in. Do women still powder their noses? Why doesn't that make them sneeze? Is it really a metaphor for snorting coke? <G> MB
