Henry, In the Bloomberg commentary on the recent feat by LGND, it is mentioned that" Currently available steroidal progestins, which are most often used in HRT (hormone replacement therapy) & birth control, do not exhibit this ability to discern between tissues or cell types." This new compound is a "pharmacopore", as were the recently discovered series of compounds active in the androgen arena. Can you tell us how a pharmacopore might be distinct from our other compounds & whether you think we might have a third class of compounds to be added to our quiver {IYWPTE} in addition to our IR & STAT/JAK targets. P.S. I see that these compounds were discovered using the IR technology. It is also derived from quinoline as were the androgen compounds.
