Just spoke to Mr. Lietzmann in Germany.
First, he asked me to tell you that he VERY much appreciates everyone's concern, and that speaking to one or two of us is better and more informative for the entire group than getting calls from 20 different investors. He is VERY happy to keep us abreast of all the progress.
German Telecom has now allowed selected private telecom companies to enter the country, ONE being DGIV.
There is a meeting today to finalize the set up of the offices in Potsdam. These offices will include staff and servers that will initiate service to a large group of people. How large? He says that they are on the cusp of Berlin and will expand their services to include Berlin VERY soon, but services will be offered to an area that has approx 5 mil people right now.
He again reiterated the fact that the Government is GIVING DGIV up to 50% of the funds to start the business, and there is a SEPARATE grant given to DGIV for two years to cover the labor costs. THAT IS DEEP COMMITTMENT.
There is competition in Berlin, but he sees this as the Best product for the Best price at the moment.
About MONEY, he said they are going to start up VERY fast and that he sees this effort as a PROFITABLE one in the next 6 months to a year (he said 1/2 a year and I added the one year).
I asked him to comment on whether the company would be listed on the Frankfurt Exchange and he said he cannot comment on this right now, but something they are looking heavily into right now.
He could not say more about other costs, other revenues, or any other numbers right now, but that he would keep us informed as developments happen. 'WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED, AND THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL INVOLVED.'
Folks, we are indeed just getting started. Be patient, and when some individuals get on this thread and pose 'Blue Chip' type questions to DGIV, realize WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED.
We are NOT professional PAID analysts. It is easy for one who is, however, to confuse the amateur investor into believing that something is wrong- It is easy to get lost in the morass of lingo and apparent intelligence, especially if one is naive. These people are not paid to look pretty! Byron and Bullmarket and I can throw a bunch of medical jargon to anyone and worry them or comfort them, depending on how we say (twist) things.
We can investigate some of the questions posed, which we all need ot do, but my feeling is that when we answer one, another comes up and so forth. They are not here to be satiated, so nothing we do can satiate them.
As said several times, we all need to do our DD. I am trying, and I am buying. |
