Interesting that todays volume in the first 45 minutes exceeds yesterdays total volume. In reference to the figures supplied by Yahoo on Insider trading, I have a couple of questions , if any one can help with. Isn't there a restriction on Wilson selling his shares ,the same as Harrison's and Mim's, I notice during May he was selling small lots (1K) for 4700 for the month??

In reference to John Ortons sales in Jan., I understand where he converted 30,000 options at $1.17 and sold at $5.81 for $139,200, but what does the line against 1/7/98 means that says he has a "planned" sale of 58,333 shares at $355,250 mean? Also, if John was not making the move to Columbia and wanted to exercise other options, can the company buy those shares back for him directly in our current buy-back program, and there by keep the pressure of any sales he may be planning off the regular market??

Thanks for any help on this. My concern here is with the move to Columbia, which I think is great, is there any pressure on the stock from selling from people like Wilson and JTO, assuming he doesn't make the move.
