John: In support of your & Darleen's real estate observation. Take a look at REIT performance. They seem to be signaling the same thing. Now, with regard to INTC, you must be nuts. INTC is on a tear to the upside. This economy is perfect. It will expand forever. If Intel has trouble finding a market they'll just sell at a loss and make up for it on volume. Forgive me. Just had to vent. Talking heads on CNBC are saying "look, see, big rally today no problem, the bull rages. Hop on board or you will miss out!"
