Company does not respond The reporter who wrote this story called Sue Fragale owner of Univecs pr firm, Team Communications, declined comment. Calls to the Company's headquarters were unanswered. It seems unlikely that a customs mishap would require subpoened documents from the local Industrial Developement Agency. (Unvc plans to build a 25,000 sq ft facility in the local Industrial Park, $6,000,000 in tax exempt bonds have been issued by the IDA but to date UNVC has been unable to get the recq letter of credit to back them.) It confuses me that while these building plans have been developing here for more then a year, UNVC opens a plant in Mineola NY.
