LOD - Well you can guess how I voted! I cast the split vote for the July meeting. In addition, I wouldn't be surprised about a 3:1. They wanted to try that back last November but the market just didn't cooperate. They may have a chance this time, it's the push anyway. I'm for it, I'll be slathered in certificates. I'm wall papering my house with em. Well hell, they look like Italian currency, we could use them for money!!!!!
