The Appeals Court Ruling was issued today MSFT spiked up 3 points on the NEWS. If there was a leak of the Appeals Court ruling the spike would have been yesterday. MSFT went up only a point yesterday. I think that kills your theory. However from what I read as sentiment, Novell's Internet play is perceived as being confined to JAVA. The web server hasn't impacted NOS sales in any way I can see. IBM's decision to go with APACHE is also related to IBM's UNIX server product. It's a natural fit. Everyone recognizes that just as you do not use NT to manage your corporate network, you don't use a non-UNIX NOS/web server to manage your corporate web site. Its Novells job to convince everyone otherwise. ============================= This stock appears to be stuck waiting for a rotation.
