ALOT OF HYPE HAS HURT PHXS IT SEEMS. Repeated efforts on the part of persons both associated with the company and from stockholders to create a buying frenzy once Soros became a player has created a certain lack of confidence as verbalized dates for NASDAQ and signings of carriers have been repeatedly delayed. I got into this stock prior to the Soros people, and fell into the hype as well. I'm still wildly optimistic about the company's prospects particularly since the announcement of the joint venture with China Southern Airlines (China's largest airline), I'm convinced that the good part is just beginning. There has apparently been a great deal of trading of the stock which may be a factor in its gyrations. Soros is not one for hype and didn't get in this for the short haul. He has provided Phoenix with an option to acquire a major ownership position in Hainan Airlines with other opportunities hopefully to follow. I look for this thing to be back to $4.00 pretty soon as the company is looking to seek financing for expanded efforts and need sthe stock price up. Also needs price up for Nasdaq acceptance.
