I spoke to the CEO of TNRG, James Tilton, yesterday. In his opinion, the shares were essentially cancelled. I indicated that the reason the stock had been hammered was in major part due to that issue regarding cancellation of the ~8mm shares. He indicated that a formal announcement of that status would be coming. TG
