Sparky, R Sandvig,

I ask about insider trades because of Yahoo's new feature listing. About two weeks ago I checked on BARR. At that time there was an entire page listed. Some of the names were officers of the company, others I didn't recognize. Officers such as Binder and Wood were listed as selling packets of 6000 to 10000 shares during the March period at prices of 14 to 15 a share. Great timing.

Unfortunately, Yahoo now lists only one entry. Don't know why. If anyone has another source on insider trades for BARR please post.

Ralph
