Don let me know if you agree with this little scenario.

No news until after the AGM. Management issues themselves 2 Million + cheap options after the shareholders approve the resolution(bringing the fully diluted share balance to an even 40 Million). They then release all the news they have been sitting on for the last 3 months and run a big promo in hopes of running the price. As a result, they pocket themselves a few extra million dollars as a result of the options. In the meantime, shareholders like you and I who have been supporting this stock for the last year and a half get rewarded by further dilution.

Sorry Don. I do not agree with you on this point. I thought about the exact scenario you mentioned. If it comes to a vote on a buy out by a major, I am sure management has a lot of shares in their control and if the offer on a takeover bid is good enough, then we sell out.

I see these options as a greed grab by management and a shaft for the current shareholders.
