Q3-

I believe that it's safe to jump in at any time because I believe in the
stock. As far as the moment they make the announcement, if it's positive
everyone and their brother will be jumping in. If it's negative, we'll all
be running for the door and the shorts will be cheering.

Some more from Motley Fool:

This if from Litez001, whose previous posts have proved to be reliable:

Zitel is poised to go to new highs shortly. Here's why:
1)We have been involved with Zitel for two years, management has never been more confident or excited about the current prospects for their company. We know this from discussions with management. Wall Street learned of this recently in three ways. #1 The past conference call was far and away the best they've ever had.#2 Brady's comments at the end of the patent news release are borderline cocky. #3 More importantly the managment and directors of Zitel are sending a very loud and clear message in splitting the stock. THEY BELIEVE THEIR COMPANY IS ON THE EVE OF ENORMOUS SUCCESS.
2)As you all may have heard Titow(pres and COO of Matridigm) will be tightening the information flow. His objective is to have a Windows95 style launch for Matridigm's year 2000 converision. The outline for the launch will be disseminated properly and purposefully within two weeks. FINALLY SOMEONE AT THE HELM WHO CAN AND WILL HANDLE PR PROPERLY.
3)We have had several conversions with substantial shorts in Zitel. They have two arguments. #1 Zitel has never delivered on anything. While this is untrue, Zitel has not exactly been a consistent performer. However, thank g-d Zitel has very little to do with Matridigm. I will spare all of us a review of the extraordinary credentials for all the members of the Matridigm team. Brady, Chiang and Hyde(Noble prize caliber scientists). Esping is a very successful businessman, who until Titow joined was the only true businessman. Titow is a multi-millionare enjoying his life on the slopes of Aspen mountain. Why would he give that up to join a failure? Moreover, some of the best programmers in the world are now employed by Matridigm. IF MATRIDIGM'S TECHNOLOGY AND SUCCESS ARE RIDING ON THIS GROUP WE ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. #2 There is no silver bullet and this is all hype. Guess what ? We all agree, there is no silver bullet. Matridigm will capture a signifcant piece of a several hundred billion dollar problem. THEY WILL NOT SOLVE THE ENTIRE PROBLEM, NOR ARE THEY ATTEMPTING TO.
4)Progress on the Matridigm program is ahead of schedule. Zitel is currently building its year 2000 division, additionally they are agressively selling the services to their accounts. BRCP is currently doing the same on a grander scale. IF THE PRODCUT IS NOT GOING TO BE READY SHORTLY , WHY ARE THEY SELLING IT?
