Joe and All,

I just wanted to update you on two stocks that I have been
following over the last several months.

AVAL appears to be waking up from the dead as they seem to
be progressing in some of their business plans. Their website
is www.stayhealthy.com for those who want to check it out.
I look for some type of news soon to update shareholders
and those interested parties so we'll just have to see what
happens. We had decent volume yesterday and mm interest is
picking up as there are 7 on the stock now.

NPCT is progressing nicely as Billingtons and Investor to
Investor is getting good response and inquiries about this
PI technology. They are close to completing their 5 mill
dollar financing which will help fund Sigma 7 and also allow
them to pursue licensing partnerships with a major producing
company. Institutional buyers are waiting to come on board
once the stock gets to their minimum entry levels. This one
will be worth watching over the next few weeks. Call
800-828-1866 for more info. Also go to www.ragingbull.com
as Kathy Knight who is editor of Investor to Investor has
started a very good information site which will keep up
to date on daily events. There is also talk of a Berlin
listiing once Paul gets his financing which is very positive
for a wider audience.
