Hi Howy.... How's things?....You know how I am when I get a burr under my saddle...tend to dig my heals in and fight.... Nothing much more to do just now with IPM but wait and see if they meet the deadline of the end of Dec. (1996 for bruce!). It is very important they do this....and not just to get the stock up to the strike price either....it's a question of creditability.... Looking for good numbers from BD.... wayne
