Ray,
Just a thought:
None of us feel the need to prove ourselves to others, yet most (inculding myself at times)feel others should prove themselves to a part or the whole.
So, while I'm sure you feel you are being asked to prove yourself, you probably do not feel you need to do so. I don't think any do, but it is a part of our human natures that we want others to prove themselves to us.
I didn't just read your one post and decide to respond. I've been following the discussion for a couple of days now (as I have time) and am somewhat familiar with your style and views. I find them for the most part UNoffensive. If you would like to continue to post your viewpoints, then by all means do so. You deserve to do so as much as anyone, and, until I tire of it all (which happens frequently), I will read them.
Was really curious about one thing though, as I said in my original post, do Muslims experience a divine presence at some certain time like those who accept Christ as their personal Savior?
BTW, what good would it do to search out truth when we can clearly see the differences of viewpoints by those who have already done so, quite extensively or so it would seem?
