Andrew, you are quite right about Imatron not being the perfect parallel. I only meant to point out that once a small company like Fonar gets 'discovered' by Wall Street as Imatron did (perhaps without merit, I don't know their story), there is quite a potential for strong return on your investment. Fonar's full potential is as yet unrealized, as I'm sure you know. I've been following this company for over a year and many exciting things are starting to happen. They are in the 'make or break' stage. If they win the appeal with GE and start showing strong sales of Quads, this will be a good start. However, the other key ingredient to getting the stock price up will be getting listed on the Nasdaq big board (stock must trade above $3 for 5 straight days). Many investment firms will not trade in small cap stocks. Should Fonar get listed on the big board, it will open up the possibility of getting more attention from big investment firms.
