I saw the stock chart. Their 52 week high is 1.75. Does anyone know
why has it fallen to .30's? Is it because all the small-caps have
been hit hard in the past few months? Or that is partly the reason?

You can find some really old information through CDC AIDS Daily Summary.

There are a couple of more of the above kind.
(Use Ultra Infoseek. Use these words "Medical Discoveries Inc.")

When you say FDA is impressed with their products, do you mean they
are currently going under FDA approval? Also I would think they would
need USDA approval before commercialing their product.

I don't know why it has been going down(or anything about he company) but the reasons can be any combination of the following.
i) Small cap and BB stocks have been hit hard due to the market conditions.
ii) People have got tired of holding this stock and they think
their product is not coming to the market soon.
iii) MMs know about this stock and they are driving the price down
so that they can get in cheap.
iv) Not many people know about his stock.
v) Their product sucks.
.....

Looking at the volume of the stock I can say it has not reached the bottom. I had been watching it since it was .60. I would ask for the investor's package from the company and I if I like it I will buy
it at the first spurt of volume.

Good Luck
