Calvin, I know many great human beings but judging by your humor, compassion, and insight you have to rank up there with the best of em. I am seriously demoralized now. I can't figure how bad this layoff news will be. Hessler was rumored to have tendered his resignation and the board refused. If so, that means he probably felt they lost confidence in him but they did not they still see hope. But, I am fully prepared to lose it all at this point. I am sorry if there was any "unbridled optimism" that you heard form me that locked you in with me... Rick
