There is no need to, the higher courts have spoken. Dan, here is the precedence you wanted so bad. Face it, the DOJ has nothing of substance and its actions are primarily lobbyist based. We all knew it whether we admitted it or not, and now that it starts to fall apart, we act as if it is a surprise. I hate to say I told you so, but,,,, I told you so.
