getting back to the business at hand (MRVC)it will be interesting to learn what Noam intends to do with the newly acquired $4 mill - invest in production facilities, R & D, ramp up production on the new products or a combination thereof? Any ideas or announcements? In terms of dilution the book value per share should remain the same since this is a capital infusion (until expensed) but the eps will of course be diluted - but on the other hand, if the infusion permits the kind of sales multiple everyone anticipates that couldn't be obtained otherwise or at a much slower pace, of course we're all much better off, IMO. And that's the sort of thing that attracts investor attention including institutional accounts. Dee Jay
