No objections were raised at the hearing and the judge has indicated he will review and the reorg plan for approval in next few days. A possible creditor who did not file a timely appearance, has submitted to the court for payment (I do not believe to be a major amount). Judge will consider whether he will allow claim. This could tie up final approval another couple days.
