This seems to have a lot going for it...Value Line 1 for timeliness, with some of the highest appreciation potential to '00-'02 in the VL universe, strong positive research following.
But with it trading many times avg. daily volume, and down significantly, that could possibly infer that someone knows something we don't. Would consider purchase, but for it to drop on no news is not comforting.
