UNVC- I spoke with a representative of Univec-

She indicated that they were unaware of any fundamental reason for the heavy activity in the warrants, but thought that it may have something to do with talk in Washington about government funding of needle exchange programs.

She indicated the warrant strike price is $4 and only 250,000 warrants exist.

That means the activity is very substantial considering over 300,000 warrants have traded today alone.

She also wouldn't comment on the subpoena, other than to say it had something to do with the money to be used for a manufacturing facility.

Apparently Univec never received the money, so if the government is claiming fraud, Univec may have been accused of putting false or misleading info in their financing documents. (This is total speculation on my part)

As I wrote in my last post, I doubt the warrants would be doing so well on such heavy volume, if this was a company threatening matter.

Just my opinion.
