Well, I did a little peeking. The assets have already been liquidated. There was a prior breach of contract and fraud lawsuit that was settled during the bankruptcy, but where there is one...... It might be a good shell in the future - put it on the shelf for a few years to let the statute of limitations run its course. Clo
