Digital River's Marketing Partnership With Speedlane Produces One of the Most-Clicked Banners On Web and Increased Product Sales
Speedlane Sells Hundreds of Products a Day on Web

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998--With the implementation of Digital River's e-commerce engine for the sale and distribution of software, and through a successful marketing partnership, Speedlane has achieved record banner clicks, making their Internet Optimizer one of the top selling software products in Digital River's extensive product inventory, and on the Internet overall.
Speedlane's Internet Optimizer is priced at under $20, and improves Web access speed by 30-70 percent. The product is distributed exclusively on the Internet via ESD, providing increased functionality and ease-of-purchase to its customer base. Digital River's proprietary V2 e-commerce engine provides software publishers with a seamless site management solution which offers multiple features, including: Web store development, secure transaction administration, inventory tracking, fraud protection and comprehensive sales analysis.
