Hi,

There are no board members. The Newsletter has information
that is false,no venture with Beverly Hills Films. I have made many
phone calls. I suggest you do the same.
Do not buy this stock. There is a class
action lawsuit and we have proof that the materials sent out are not
dealing with fact. Soon the trading will be stopped.
