Kenneth, Sadly IMHO the purchase of Bay will slow NT down. I guess what convinced my mind Cisco would win this war is LU and NT's lack of "vision" of Cisco's power in networking. Many people saw this coming years ago and is the reason I put the majority of my investment dollars in Cisco in 93. LU and NT are "drugged up" by the investment of analog voice technology and have slowly adopted digital standards over the years. The RBOC's and independent carriers are now beginning to jump on the IP juggernaut. The race from now on will certainly be interesting and a lot of turmoil will be sure to follow. Don't get me wrong, LU and NT are good companies but I don't see them changing quickly enough to compete in this new era of communications. Eric
