So, Tom,

Litchfield is buying (all of?) Kettle Mountain's interest in RMGG, Kettle Mountain will continue as a supplier to RMGG, and Litchfield may accumulate the remaining shares it needs (for majority) from the open market?

Sounds logical to me.

(I had already emailed Annette about the sale -- I'll let you know what she says.)
