It's an odd story. USTT claims patent infringement and violation of NDAs by Alphanet's hospitality division. They claim that Alphanet's "The Office" infringes on their (similar) offering which they have launched in conjunction with Mail Boxes Etc.

Alphanet has been quick to deny the charges. See biz.yahoo.com, calling them "frivolous and without merit". The charges that is.

Doesn't sound like a big deal but it may mean some extra legal expenses in the short term for the company.
