Elk, Correct me if I am wrong, but the only way someone could be short DGIV is to go "short against the box". This is with regard to shares that they expect to receive, in the future from the company, for a deal they have made. EG. you invest in a 504 or a Private Placement and recieve preffered shares or warrants. You could then short against the box wrt the shares you have coming. I believe it is not possible for individual investors to short BB stocks? If I am correct in my thinking above and, as some suspected there is a short position then it is obvious who is shorting the stock.
