I have no news.

I am tempted to buy a few shares to gamble, but the large volume today might indicate that someone smarter than I is active. I think the trouble is more lawsuit than other problems, but do not discount asia. All EPS bets are off.

If I were the SEC I would halt trading on the day the jury reaches a verdict until it is publicized. A quick trade from the courtroom lobby would make it worth the planefare.
