Larry, thanks for the note. I will sleep well tonight. Now my options are well in the money and from here on every point msft goes up translates into serious money for a small-fry like myself. Yep msft overcame the 100 hurdle so perhaps now 100 will be the new resistance as 85 was previously. I agree with you on Dell incidentally, but I don't presently have a position and I hate chasing stocks. I will check out idtc as it seems to have the right kind of niche. About it being a little dell, well I don't know dell's only come along very occasionally but it probably can double without too much trouble. Market sure looked strong at closing. Hope it carries over into tomorrow. At some point I'm going to start legging into some covered calls on my msft options but we can discuss that at the appropriate time.
I'm amazed at how easy it seems to make money going long in this amazing bull market and how tough it is scraping out a few dollars going short. I did make some very precious dollars last Oct-Nov being short but I had to really work at it, while to make money going long you just buy a few options and hang on. That's why I much prefer the bull stages versus the brief bouts with the bear. Well we don't have to worry about that till Sep-Oct or we hit 10K, whichever comes first.
