Wade, I agree with your analysis. The "real" price of FSTW is over $5, the decline has been on very low volume and any sort of buying will instantly kick it up. Most shares are in strong hands, very little float.

FSTW has now established the potential of NetGain, the product really is a technological leap. But the next question is: "Does FSTW have the ability to execute and market, having the product is only half the battle?" My bet is that Doug and crew will execute, but the analysts and funds are waiting to see proof of that. The key item they are watching is not profits, but year over year revenue growth. They must demonstrate revenue growth for the stock price to take off.

Of course the other possibility is a buyout for a competitor to get the technology. But the company is not looking to sell and I know of no action in this area.
