Michael, now let me get this straight: My son and daughter own 2000 shares each at the same prices (bought at different times). If my son sells 1000 shares to my daughter at lets say .12 1/2 cents she accrues a nice tax writeoff for this year. At the same time my daughter sells my son 1000 of her shares at the same price and she also gets the nice tax writeoff. They both still have their original 2000 shares but now the average cost has come down substantially and they both have good tax writeoffs. Seems to me to be a good deal. Anybody have any reasons that this can't be accomplished?

Thanks,

bob

Robbie Klausner, you're a CPA. How does this sound?
