MRVC finished up quite strong today as it closed up 2 1/2 to 22 7/8. The short interest as of this afternoon's close has dropped to 1.34 million shares. A quagmire has been established here as the MM's have been caught with their pants down. NO ONE expected Intel to make a move on MRVC and this caught the shorts totally off guard. The next few days of trading should see a orderly liquidation of short positions hence a rise in price. Over the years I have seen this story unfold many times over and the end result has almost always been a return to a price before the sharp drop. My guess is that we should reach 26 - 28 very soon. New developments will then determine the next breakout one way or another.

Thanks for your support of the Canes. I found your post to be quite mature for a young'un. I in turn apologize to you for the way I went after you. This was totally uncalled for but wouldn't you agree that you started it. Anyway forgive and forget is my policy. May the unification of Canes and Mountaineers make this investment profitable for both.

Why is Renee so bent out of shape reading this thread. Didn't we all put up with her ridiculous questions on MRVC time after time? Who cares if she starts a new thread. I hope she carries through with her threat since she provided no one here with any information. She reminds me of a great big mosquito we, in South Florida, just swat out of the way.
