Peter is at it again!!! I just recieved a 4 page letter from Peter Michaels stating that everything is "OK" at WWWC??? In paragraph two, he talks about the "Monday Quarterback Club" and when he needs to make business decisions, he checks with his advisors, such as the Board of Directors? There is no Board of Directors nor has there been any meeting since inception of the company for the Board of Directors! Secondly, Peter puts an evaluation of Binki Roo Software in for the investors to see valuing the software at 15 million? The blacked out area he did not want anybody to see was the company: Evans & Evans of Canada, and his reporting this to the investors is completely inaccurate. First, the valuation is based on audited financials being provided to this company, which he has never done! The only financials that were provided was from Peter's own miracle work on the numbers---we know what that means. The above was confirmed by a call to the company that was doing the work: Evans & Evans. He has attempted in everyway to avoid what he has pushed us shareholders to do----A CLASSACTION LAWSUIT. GOOD TRY PETER!!!!!!!!!!!
