David, kindly refer to any of our correspondence which also lists our disclosure statement at the bottom of each. The disclosure statement makes it very clear that we are not "promoters". We represent the company strictly with respect to Internet communications, which is why you never hear us use "promoter language" such as: "Buy now!" or "This is your last chance before it goes to $5" or "We have heard this company is about to sign a huge deal with XXX!".
Promoters use pseudonyms and are not corporations that can be researched through any government office. Next time, do your research before coming on the Net and telling people to "come clean" and accusing them of being "promoters".
On the topic of business, we are all concerned about the recent price of the stock. Unfortunately, company President David Lucatch is out of the Province on business and unavailable for comment until next week. We were at the ESP program launch and met with all the participants. Business Depot, Canadian Tire and Sean Shanahan - Vice Chairman of Merit Investment Corp - do not partner with companies and take out an evening of their time unless the company is for real.
We are perplexed about what is happening but can not comment until we hear from the company. Anything else would be just speculation.
Upon Mr. Lucatch's return, we will be asking all the questions necessary to inform shareholders with respect to the share price.
Regards, Agora Internet Relations Corp.
