NEWS Bloomberg: 11:31 AM Jun 23. (Found by Steve Walsh) "ARET announced today that its subsidiary Tomahawk has been notified by Fomerrey, the Public Housing Agency for Neuve Leon, Mexico, that they are reviewing their ability to provide 10,000 residential lots to Tomahawk to be used in the development of new affordable homes in the Monterrey area. The Mexican Government and Fomerrey, the Public Housing Authority, are reviewing the regulations currently in place regarding Title Insurance and Home Mortgage Insurance in an effort to modify them to more closely resemble those used in the US. The new regulations will enhance the ability of mortgage companies based in the US to make home loans in Mexico. The housing design will utilize affordable state of the art building products that will reduce construction time and reduce utility consumption.............."
