David, yesterday I received my issue of Dick Davis Digest (A respected journal and review of financial advisment letters) and UIC was the featured stock. Each month one stock is the featured 'spotlight stock' and they have an excellent track record. Also when stocks are covered in the newsletter usually the recommending source is noted. In UIC's case there were two newsletters that recommended the shares. One covers small and micro-cap stacks, the other takeover candidates. I've experienced several cases where the recommended stock sees an immideate bounce. With the low exposure to Mutual fund managers (too small of a capitalization) any time this stock is written up it gains new followings. You can't beat the numbers for this company. It's growing and its undervalued. Just a little too small to gain big momentum. This also adds up to takeover possibilities. Lets hope the spotlight continues to shine on UIC untill the street notices.
