To All: It appears without any doubt that SEPR is in a Distribution Mode. Probably some fund manager is selling before the FDA announcement comes out, or someone out there knows something that none of us here on this board do. Any other explanation for the recent POOR & PATHETIC performance of SEPR is greatly appreciated !!!!! One more frustrating day like this, and I will most certainly throw in the towel for SEPR.
